By accessing and using Sierank ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Sierank is a Google rank tracking service that monitors keyword rankings and provides SEO insights. The Service includes:

• Daily keyword rank tracking
• Historical ranking data
• Google Search Console integration
• Data export capabilities

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Sierank offers different subscription plans:

• Starter Plan: $3/month - 25 keywords, 1 project
• Pro Plan: $12/month - 100 keywords, 5 projects
• Agency Plan: $49/month - 500 keywords, 20 projects

All subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
• Use automated scripts to collect information

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in ourPrivacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Josua Sievers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sierank or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Neustadt a.d. Aisch, Germany.
